6 red bell peppers
1 1/2 c brown rice
27 oz refried beans, canned
2 tbs taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, diced
1 c Mexican, Queso Chihuahua Cheese
6 tbs cheddar, shredded

  1. Cook rice, add everything else, stuff inside a pepper

  2. Put peppers in slow cooker on low for 3-5 hours
