Recipe Ingredients for Mexican style red beans & rice

1 cup brown rice
11 ounces low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 tsp chili powder
15 ounces kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Mexican style red beans & rice

Mix all but beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer until rice is tender. Add beans 10 min before finished.
