I cook this with pam spray olive oil and i use 1 whole egg and 1 egg white cooked...i can't seem to fine the right calories on this for it so i figured it just equals one whole omelet

Recipe Directions for Mexican Style Eggs

Dice up the tomatoes into cubes and cook in a pan just til most of the natural juices have evaporated. While that is cooking mix the whole egg and egg white together and once the tomato has cooked place it into the egg mixture. Cook the eggs however you like it and serve. Measure out beans and heat. Place on top of eggs. Enjoy!
