Mexican meat and rice stuffed into bell peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Stuffed Peppers

3 serving Bell Pepper
16 oz raw All Breast Meat Fresh Ground Turkey
1 small Onions
2 cup Spanish Style
4 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut pepper in half and remove ribs and seeds

  2. roast at 350 for 5 minutes

  3. brown turkey and onions, add contents of one taco seasoning packet

  4. make rice according to package directions

  5. combine turkey and rice and place into peppers

  6. cover with cheese

  7. bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted

  8. top with sour cream and serve warm
