Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Stir-Fry

1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Turkey, fryer-roasters, breast, meat only, raw
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1 small Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Natural Tomato Sauce
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
50 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Mexican Stir-Fry

  1. in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil, add the turkey and saute until cooked through, about 7 minutes, set pan aside

  2. to the panadd garlic, onion, sweet chilies, red bell pepper, tomato sauce and chili powder. Cook until onion softens, approximately 5 minutes

  3. Add the cilantero and return the cooked turkey to the pan; simmer 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.

  4. Serve over brown rice or leafy greens or in a tortilla.
