Mom's recipe. Add elbow macaroni & extra water then simmer until the macaroni is cooked to make Chili Mac. Serving size: 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Stew

2 lb lean ground beef
31 oz tomato sauce
15 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
6 t taco seasoning
1 T oregano
31 oz black beans
10 oz diced green chiles
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Mexican Stew

Brown meat. Add onions & garlic, saute until onion begins to clear. Add taco seasoning, oregano, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, diced green chiles, & black beans. Simmer to blend flavors.
