Good use of available stuff - make a dredge of flour, cayenne pepper, chipotle pepper, celery seed, cumin, salt and black pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Steak with Tomatoes

1 1/2 lbs Shoulder Steak
1 small Onion
7 Servings Hunt's Diced Tom w/ Basil, Garlic and Oregano
2 oz Pizza Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Steak with Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Trim gristle from steaks and cut into small strips - about 1"

  3. Dredge lightly with flour mixture

  4. Fry in 1 TBSP of Grapeseed or vegetable oil until rare/medium rare

  5. Saute onion in meat juices until browned

  6. Pour tomatoes into a 9 X 13 baking dish

  7. Add Sauteed onions and mix

  8. Layer meat then cheese

  9. Cook for 15-20 minutes until Cheese is browned and tomatoes bubble

  10. Enjoy
