1 cup Onions
32 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef Broiled
28 oz Tomatoes Diced
2 cup White Rice
1 cup Cheese Cheddar Shredded Medium
1 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
15 grams Beef Bouillon Powder
2 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Mexican skillet

brown ground beef with onion.Add tomatos with liquid,chilli powder,beef bouillon and bring to a boil. Add rice cover reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins. serve topped with cheese and lettuce.
