Makes 6 servings



Super easy mexican skillet that can be whipped up in 30 minutes or less. Can add more seasoning to taste! Might be good with some low fat cheese and FF cream cheese too!

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Skillet

18 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
8 oz Macaroni
1 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
16 oz Tomatoes
1.25 oz Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mexican Skillet

Cook macaroni per box. Drain and set aside. Brown meat in large skillet. Once brown, drain and add macaroni, corn, tomatoes and seasoning. Mix well and serve into 6 servings. Spruce up as desired.
