Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Side Salad

1 cup lettuce, field greens
2 tbsp corn, canned, fresh, or frozen kernels
1/2 avocado, Raw, California
4 black olives
1/4 cup tomatoe, cherry and yello grape
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 tbsp cheese, shredded mexican blend

Recipe Directions for Mexican Side Salad

  1. Arrange field greens on plate. Top with other vegetables.

  2. Mix lime juice, olive oil, sour cream, and garlic together until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top salad.

  3. Sprinkle salad with cheese and additional salt and pepper if desired.

  4. Serve Immediately.
