Mexican Shrimp Recipe

Just some things I had that needed used up. Tastes good on tortillas with some sour cream and a little shredded cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican shrimp

14 oz raw Shrimp
1 green pepper
1 cup chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cooking spray
3 serving Great Value All Natural Diced Tomatoes
8 serving McCormick Fajitas Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mexican shrimp

  1. Peel and de-vain shrimp if not already done

  2. Drain tomatoes (keep as much liquid as you like)

  3. Saute onion and peppers in pan with cooking spray until done to your likeness

  4. Add seasoning, mushrooms, tomatoes, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is completely done.

  5. Enjoy!
