2 T. salsa
1 dash pepper

  1. Seperate egg whites and yolks.

  2. Fluff egg whites until foamy.

  3. Add milk.

  4. Spray pan with fat-free cooking spray, and pour mixture.

  5. Add pepper to taste.

  6. Serve with the 2 tablespoons of salsa.
