Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Salsa with Chopped Cabbage

6 cup cabbage
2 servings cilantro
3 1/2 servings diced tomatoes
1 3/4 cup black beans
1 3/4 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Mexican Salsa with Chopped Cabbage

  1. add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  2. chop cabbage in food processor

  3. add 1 can of organic black beans

  4. add 1 can of whole kernel corn

  5. add 2 cans of diced tomatoes (with lime juice and cilantro...available at the store)

  6. add chopped cilantro

  7. add 2 - 1/2 teaspoons of chopped garlic

  8. add 1/4 teaspoon of red cayenne pepper
