7 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
15 oz Beans Black
1 cup Mandarin Oranges Whole Segments In Light Syrup
1/2 cup(82 g) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 serving Apple Cider Vinegar
9 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mexican salad

  1. cube avocado. Defrost Corn. Rinse black beans, oranges and lettuce. Put in a bowl

  2. Add olive oil and vinegar to bowl of salad. Toss and enjoy!
