Super easy salad. Goes great with Mexican Dishes.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Salad

3 medium Tomatoes
1 Sweet Onion
2 Avocados
1/4 cup Lime Juice, Fresh Squeezed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mexican Salad

  1. Cut Avocados in half, scoop out pit. Using a spoon scoop the flesh from the skin and cut into wedges. Pile onto the center of your serving platter.

  2. Wash and cut Tomatoes into wedges. Place tomato wedges around avocado.

  3. Slice onions into thin strips. Scatter onions over avocado and tomatoes.

  4. Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over entire salad add salt to taste and enjoy.
