Recipe Ingredients for Mexican rice

1 cup Rice, White
1 small Onions
2.5 cup 40% Less Sodium Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Parsley
1 pepper Jalapeno Chile
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Mexican rice

Fry rice w/ onion and garlic in oil until lightly browned. Add the rest and simmer covered 25 min.
