This receipe leaves a lot of room for adjustment. Make it as hot or as mild as you like. Add Protein or cheese. This is a "whatever is in your fridge" kinda receipe. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

2 cup White Rice
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
450 grams All Natural Mild Salsa
1.5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
0.5 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Unico Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

  1. Cook vegetables with a little of the chicken broth.

  2. Add Salsa and the rest of the broth.

  3. Bring to a boil. Add rice, cover and remove from heat.

  4. Wait 5 minutes, fluff and serve.

  5. Top with cheese and tortilla chips (optional)
