Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
1/4 Vidalia onion (chopped)
2 tbs green pepper (chopped)
14 1/2 oz black beans
2 c Sides Mexican Rice
3 1/2 c water
16 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

  1. Brown meat, onions and peppers.

  2. Add beans, side dish mix and water.

  3. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes or till rice is tender.

  4. Remove from heat and top with Cheese.

  5. Cover for 2 minutes and serve.
