Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

1 1/2 cups Long grain rice
10 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

  1. brown rice, add garlic, salt, tomato sauce and water.

  2. boil for 20 - 30 minutes until rice comes out fluffy
