Makes 8 servings



I tbsp oil 2 cups rice 4 cups water 2 1/2 tbsp knorr tomato bouillon w/chicken flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

4 Serving Rice
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tablespoon Oil, canola
3 serving Tomato with Chicken Flavor Cubes Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

Add oil to saucepan and heat over high heat. Add rice to oil and sautee 'til brown. Then add water and tomato bouillon and bring back to simmer. Then turn down to low and steam for about 18 minutes or 'til water is absorbed.
