Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
15.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
0.5 large Onions
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

Saute onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent. Add rice and saute until slightly brown, about 5 minutes. Add canned tomatoes with their liquid and enough water to make 2 cups. Cover and simmer 35 minutes.
