Recipe Ingredients for mexican rice

1 cup rice
4 ounce tomato sauce
1 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for mexican rice

pour 1/4 cup of oil into sauce pan plus 1 cup of rice. let rice come to a medium brown color. lower to med flame then add 1 1/2 cups of water. add the 4 oz. of tomato sauce and the 1 knorr tomato boullion. Add salt and pepper to taste. While browning rice you can add 4 pieces each of med sliced green pepper and onion for better flavor. bring to a boil until the water is gone and rice is a nice fluffy texture.
