Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

1 1/2 cups rice
3 cups water
8 oz tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

  1. cook rice with water until all the water has absorbed. (Check package timing).

  2. Add tomato sauce and paste and spices.

  3. Stir together well.

  4. Let sit with lid on for 10 minutes for flavors to blend.
