Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice

11 cups water
5 cups brown rice
5 tsp bouillon, vegetable
4 tsp sea salt
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
4 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice

Preheat oven to 350. Place all in a 4-qt baking dish with see-through lid. Swirl to mix, cover and bake at 350 for 1 hours. Leave in longer if rice hasn?t soaked up all the water yet.
