Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Rice Medley

2 cups long grain white rice
200 g boneless skinless chicken breast
2 bell pepper
1 zuchinni
1 tomato
8 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
1 clove garlic
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mexican Rice Medley

  1. cook rice (white or brown) according to package

  2. cook chicken/tofu in a frying pan with olive oil

  3. add in veggies and garlic to stir fry

  4. sprinkle taco seasoning

  5. mix it all up!
