Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Ramen Noodles w/ Leftover Taco Meat

2 block ramen noodles
192 grams ground turkey
1/2 cup salsa
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Mexican Ramen Noodles w/ Leftover Taco Meat

Cook the 2 packages of Ramen noodles in a separate pot with only ONE seasoning packet. Heat up the taco meat and the salsa in a fry pan or wok. When Ramen noodles are done, add them and a little of the water to the meat and salsa mixture. Add the corn and heat through again. Add the cheese and mix until melted. Serve alone or with crushed tortilla chips.
