Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Quiche

1 Pillsbury pie crust
1 cup potatoes
1 cup corn
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
2 cups egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Mexican Quiche

Line pie pan with crust. Mix all together and bake for 45 minutes in 350 oven.
