Recipe Directions for Mexican Pork Stew

Saute diced carrots, celery and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut the boneless chops into one inch chunks and throw it in with the vegetables. Cook until moisture dires up. Throw in the remaining ingredients and stew until it turns into a nice thick stew.
