Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Pork and Beans

2 tsp olive oil
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 cup celery
1 cup onion
1 1/2 cups Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
1 1/2 cups Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 cups Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Mexican Pork and Beans

  1. Heat oil in skillet; add pork, celery, and onion. Cook until pork is no longer pink.

  2. Transfer mixture to 4-quart slow cooker. Add beans tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and cumin. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
