A delicious and healthier version of Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Pizza

1/2 cup Organic Refried Beans
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1/6 package Pizza Crust All Ready
1 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce Traditional

Recipe Directions for Mexican Pizza

  1. Bake the pizza crust with the pizza sauce on 425 F for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from oven, spread refried beans and diced tomatoes (add green chiles for extra spice) over the pizza.

  3. Add browned Ground Turkey to the pizza. (Taco mix seasoning can be used to season the meat.)

  4. Sprinkle with one whole package of shredded Mexican Cheese of your choice.

  5. Bake for another 9 minutes on same temperature setting.

  6. Remove from oven, cool, and cut into eight slices.

  7. Serve with Sour Cream for dipping.
