1/4 avocado
2 tbsp Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup red pepper
1/4 cup mild salsa
1 flatbread Light Italian Herb
2 oz Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey

Recipe Directions for Mexican Pizza

Cook spinach and peppers until spinach is wilted. Top flatbread or tortilla with salsa, turkey or chicken slices, spinach, peppers, and cheese. Bake at 425 until cheese melts. Top with avocado.
