Delicious!! One serving is half of a rolled up tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Pinwheels

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded Mexican cheese
5 tbsp Pearls Ripe Olives
1 small taco seasoning
6 serving Soft Taco Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Mexican Pinwheels

  1. Mix the ingredients very well

  2. Spread with knife or small spatula over the tortillas. Hold back about to -inch from the edge of the tortilla and spread evenly about 1/8+ inch thick.

  3. Roll as tight as possible without cracking/breaking the tortilla.

  4. Press firmly to assure good contact in the roll; hold together with tooth pick(s)

  5. Chill in refrigerator for about 2-hours

  6. Cut chilled Rollo in about 1 -inch sections. The ends will not be good to serve because they have little filling, but those make a great snack for the cook while cutting.
