Whole wheat pasta with two types of beans, corn, and turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for mexican pasta yumminess

1 box whole wheat rotini
11 oz. kidney beans
11 oz. black beans
11 oz. corn
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 salt
1 pepper
1 c. turkey, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder

Recipe Directions for mexican pasta yumminess

  1. cook the pasta

  2. in a pan w/oil saute the onion and garlic, add the bell pepper and cilantro and turkey. cook the turkey. Add the beans and corn and the pasta. make sure to spice it up to your liking.
