Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Omelette

4 Eggs
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons 2% Milk
1/4 cup Tomatoes
1/4 cup Scallions
1/2 teaspoon Morton Nature's Seasoning
1 Homestyle Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Mexican Omelette

Turn stovetop on medium-high heat. Melt butter in pan. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasoning until well blened. When butter is melted, pour tomatoes and scallions in. Brown for 30 seconds- 1 minute. Pour in egg mixture. Leave untouched for 30 seconds. Tilt skillet so egg mixture can move around and cook. Use spatula or fork to lift edge of omelette. Keep tilting egg mixture around until no more is left on top. Leave in skillet until bottom is golden brown. You may fold omelette over. Eat with tortilla. Enjoy.
