This is a home-made meal that my mom makes and it is one of my absolute favorites.

Recipe Ingredients for mexican mole

20 medium Tomatillos
8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
10 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for mexican mole

Place the chicken breasts in a medium saucepan, filling with of the pan with water. Add garlic and salt. Bring them to the boil over a high heat then turn the heat down. Simmer the chicken breasts for eight to ten minutes. Drain. Srip the chicken. In a medium saucepan add green peppers and tomatillos to boil. Drain. In a non-stick pan add olive oil over medum heat. Add peanuts and sesame seeds and roast until golden brown. Add green peppers, tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, salt,water, peanuts, and sesame seeds in a blender and blend them all together. In a pan add 1 tsp. of olive oil and all the contents of the blender, bring to boil. Add the striped chicken and let it cook for 10 minutes.
