Shredded Roast with Mexican spices on tostadas, about 2 oz of meat and 1 tostada in each serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Meat and Tostadas

20 oz raw Bottom Round Rump Roast
10 pieces Corn Tostadas
5 1tsp Olive Oil
4 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Mexican Meat and Tostadas

  1. Boil meat, onion, garlic, salt and water for 4 hours

  2. Remove meat

  3. Add tomatoes and jalepeno to water and boil

  4. shred meat

  5. pull tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalepeno and blend for sauce

  6. fry meat with some oil and garlic salt until slightly browned

  7. add sauce and cook until thickened

  8. serve on tostada with desired toppings
