Family favorite party dish Serve with sliced peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Lasagne

8 tortillas
30 oz salsa
15 oz queso sauce
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
20 oz ground turkey
4 oz black olives
15 oz refried beans
12 oz pinto beans
8 oz light sour cream
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mexican Lasagne

  1. Brown the ground turkey

  2. drain oil

  3. Add seasonings

  4. Use a 9x12 cake pan

  5. Place the ingredients in layers with a layer of tortillas at the bottom of the pan

  6. The top layer should be cheese

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until heated through.

  8. Can be served on a bed of spinach or lettuce with sliced multi-color bell peppers for garnish.
