Mexican spiced meat sauce layered with tortillas and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Lasagna

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
0.5 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
3 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
15.5 oz Chili Beans
12 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
2.25 oz Sliced Ripe Olives
2 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mexican Lasagna

  1. brown ground beef

  2. add onions and peppers and brown

  3. mix in tomatoes, chili beans and spices

  4. layer 4 tortillas in bottom of 13 by 9 pan (cutting in half to fit edges)

  5. top with meat sauce and cheese

  6. repeat with two more layers

  7. sprinkly black olives on top

  8. bake until warm at 300 to 350
