1 Onion Yellow
28 oz pinto beans
12 corn tortillas
8 oz cheddar cheese
28 oz diced tomatoes
20 oz enchilada sauce

Recipe Directions for Mexican Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Brown beef, then add beans. Mix in 1 can enchilada sauce.
