Recipe Ingredients for mexican lasagna

4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
12 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
8 oz Light Sour Cream
4 tortilla 6" Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 10ct
8 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
20 oz. salsa

Recipe Directions for mexican lasagna

  1. mix cottage and sour cream cheeses, add cilanto, cumin, salt.

  2. Cook turkey, then cook onion and garlic. Layer all using the tortillas like you would lasagna noodles.

  3. Cook in 350 over for 30 minutes
