A Mexican twist on and Italian dish!

Recipe Ingredients for mexican lasagna

2 lbs ground beef
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 cup chopped green onions
16 oz salsa
12 corn tortillas
4 oz diced green chilies
1 lb monterey jack cheese
10 oz enchilada sauce (mild)
4 oz chopped jalapenos (optional)

Recipe Directions for mexican lasagna

cook beef, then add taco seasoning, salsa, green chilies, green onions & enchilada sauce. Spray pan with pam and layer 6 corn tortillas on bottom, add meat mixture, top with cheese. repeat. Cover with tin foil and bake @ 350 for 45 mins. Remove from oven, remove tin foil, add jalapenos and bake for another 10 mins
