Recipe Ingredients for Mexican inspired very low fat & calorie soup

200 g frozen peas
3 cloves garlic
2 medium courgette
400 g canned tomatoes
25 g dried red chillis
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
1440 ml stock
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
25 g fresh chopped coriander

Recipe Directions for Mexican inspired very low fat & calorie soup

Put frozen peas, garlic, courgettes, jalapeno, chopped tomatoes, chilli, onion, pepper, cumin, oregano and vegetable into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes.
