Recipe Ingredients for Mexican inspired dish

10 oz Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice Mix
15.5 oz Kidney Beans
15.5 oz Chick Peas
16 oz Fresh Ground Chicken
2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Ground Chipotle Chile
0.5 tsp Red Chili Pepper
2 cup Diced Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
8 oz Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
8 oz Cheese Regular
8 oz Sour Cream Reduced Fat
2 piece Mini Babybel Light Original
1 serving Cornstarch
40 chips Scoops Corn Chips

Recipe Directions for Mexican inspired dish

brown ground chicken, drain fat, add onions & peppers, saute until tender, add cream of mushroom & diced tomatoes and stir until even, meanwhile in a separate pan cook yellow rice until done. Add kidney beans & chick peas to rice, then spices. When both are cooked through mix together & add to lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake until bubbly at 350, about 30 min, while dish is baking, combine Velveeta, sour cream, Babybel, rotel & cornstarch to make lower fat version of Rotel cheese dip. change over to lo broil & cook for 10 min until bubbly, right before its ready add the crushed scoops to the top until they start to cook & brown, about 5 min. Serves 16
