Ground turkey with a Mexican flare!

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Ground Turkey

1 lb ground turkey
8 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup corn
1 cup black beans
1 cup minute rice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Mexican Ground Turkey

  1. brown turkey in a pan adding 1/4 cup of water

  2. once turkey is coked add diced tomatoes

  3. then add the black beans

  4. and finally corn

  5. add salt and pepper to taste

  6. for extra flavor add southwest seasoning of any kind along with onions

  7. cook minute rice and let sit for 5 minutes and then add to concoction and serve
