Mexican Fajitas that are cooked with no salt

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Fajitas no salt

0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 1/5 grams Mexican Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mexican Fajitas no salt

  1. Heat Olive oil on medium in a 6 inch skillet (it will be very full but it will cook down)

  2. You may include a cooked meat here like chicken or beef.

  3. Add wedges of onion and tomatoes

  4. Cut strip of the pepper and add them.

  5. Cook until peppers and onions look wilted or glassy.

  6. Serve and use the tortillas as bread.

  7. May be served with sour cream and taco sauce but add the calories that you use.
