Recipe Ingredients for mexican eggs

6 eggs, beaten
16 ounce sour cream
4 1/2 ounce green chiles, chopped
16 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
16 ounce monterey jack cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for mexican eggs

  1. mix all ingredients in bowl

  2. pour into a large Pyrex baking dish

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  4. cover with foil if it starts to brown too much
