Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Egg Tortilla

1 Corn Tortillas, Soft Mama Lupe's,
60 g Fat Free refried beans
1 large Egg
2 egg whites
2 tbsp Onions, chopped
3 tbsp Salsa
1 tbsp Light Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Mexican Egg Tortilla

Cook egg and egg whites. Spray cooking pan with spray. Spread refried beans and laughing cow cheese on tortilla and brown in pan until lightly crispy. Top with egg, salsa and sourcream.
