Recipe Ingredients for Mexican dip

1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
6 oz chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
16 oz dried red beans

Recipe Directions for Mexican dip

  1. Soak beans in water for several hours then simmer until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Brown turkey, garlic and onion until all is brown.

  3. Add seasonings, chopped tomato and a cup of water and bring to a boil. Add the beans and simmer until tender. Mash the beans against the side of the pan. Stir until mixed.

  4. Serve as a dip, wrap or taco with sour cream, lettuce, salsa, grated cheese as desired.
