Layers of Neufchatel cheese, fat free refried beans, salsa and shredded cheese baked in the oven

Recipe Ingredients for Mexican Dip

12 oz refried beans
2 cups shredded cheese
8 oz. neufchatel cheese
12 oz salsa

Recipe Directions for Mexican Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Pour a quarter of the salsa into oven-safe bakeware.

  3. Spread all of the neufchatel cheese on the bottom of your bakeware.

  4. Spread refried beans evenly over the neufchatel cheese.

  5. Pour the rest of the salsa over the refired bean layer.

  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven until the cheese is completely melted and browning (about 15-20 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
