Recipe Ingredients for mexican couscous

1.5 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
2 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
230 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Whole
2 Teaspoon Juice
4 tsp dry mix Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Burrito
5 tsp Margarine, Regular, Unspecified Oils

Recipe Directions for mexican couscous

On a skillet spary Pam and place pork cubes with lemon juice on medium until almost cooked. Blend tomatoes with red onion and mexican seasoning as well as some salt and herbs like oregano or thyme if you have any. Add half cup of this blended juice to the pork and cook covered on medium heat for 10 more minutes. The remaining tomato blend goes with the cousocus and the butter in a pot on very low heat for 10 minutes or until the margarine melts. Serve pink couscous on a plate with the pork on top.
